Wellbeing Drop-In Sessions
If you’re experiencing a challenge, feeling unsure where to begin with support, or would simply like to speak to someone about what’s going on, our Wellbeing Drop-In offers a welcoming, confidential space to do just that. These sessions are designed to give you a quick opportunity to talk things through with your Wellbeing Advisor and gain clarity on the most helpful next steps.
During a brief 15-minute conversation, you can share your concerns, ask questions, and explore the range of wellbeing support available to you. This might include counselling, art therapy, wellbeing workshops, the Student Assistance Programme, Mental Health Advisor support, or other university and community services. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance, just come as you are.
The drop-ins run every two weeks between 11am and 1pm at Neuadd Rathbone, College Road, on the following dates:
- 27 January 2026
- 10 February 2026
- 24 February 2026
- 10 March 2026
- 24 March 2026
There’s no need to book, simply come along during the drop-in window and take a seat in reception. Whether you’re looking for signposting, reassurance, or help understanding your options, we’re here to support you.
